Which one should be our Christmas card?

Here are few of the pictures Laura took...there are a couple that are marked "contenders" for our Christmas cards. I know which one I want to use, but a co-worker said that you couldn't see Alan's face so now I'm rethinking my pick! Anyone care to place their vote?
